Privacy Policy for SetSix

Effective date: August 30, 2026

Spooky Pictures Limited ("we," "us," "our") built SetSix as a workout timer and logger for personal gym use. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

Summary

SetSix does not collect, transmit, or sell any of your personal information. There is no account to create, no server SetSix talks to, and no analytics or advertising tracking of any kind. Everything the app stores stays on your own iPhone and Apple Watch, or in Apple's Health app on your device.

Information the App Stores on Your Device

To function, SetSix stores the following locally:

• The exercises you enter (names, weights, and reps)
• Your workout structure (activities, their order, and durations)
• Your timing preferences (rest duration, number of sets)
• The date of your last trainer session and your check-in interval
• A history of completed workouts (date, time, and duration)

None of this is collected by us, sent to any server, or shared with any third party. If you use an Apple Watch, this information syncs directly between your iPhone and your Watch using Apple's on-device WatchConnectivity framework. That sync happens device-to-device and never passes through the internet or any server operated by us or anyone else.

Health and Fitness Data

With your permission, SetSix works with Apple's Health app (HealthKit):

• Data SetSix writes to Health: completed workouts, including their duration and active energy burned (calories).
• Data SetSix reads from Health: heart rate and related workout metrics during an active workout, so the app can display them and calculate calories burned.

You are asked to grant this permission explicitly, and you can review or revoke it at any time in the Health app under Sharing, or in Settings under Privacy & Security → Health. SetSix works as a timer without these permissions; you simply won't get heart rate display, calorie estimates, or Health app logging.

Health data accessed by SetSix stays on your device and in your Health app. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party, never used for advertising or marketing, never used for tracking you across apps or websites, and never sold or shared with data brokers. We have no ability to see it.

Apple's Health data is protected by the operating system and, where your device supports it, is encrypted on device. Health data synced through iCloud is governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not ours.

Notifications

SetSix schedules local notifications on your device to alert you when a stretch, rest, or activity countdown finishes, which matters if your screen has locked. These are generated entirely on your device. No push notification service is used, and nothing about your notifications is sent anywhere.

Sharing Workout Programs

SetSix lets you share a workout program with someone else. When you do, the program (activity list, exercises, weights, reps, and timing settings) is encoded into a message that you send yourself using whatever app you choose, such as Messages or email. It does not pass through any server of ours, and it contains only the program details, never your workout history or any health data.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties, because we do not collect any information in the first place. SetSix contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device, you're always in control of it:

• Delete individual exercises, activities, or workout history entries within the app
• Delete workouts SetSix wrote to Health directly in the Health app
• Revoke SetSix's Health permissions at any time as described above

Deleting the app removes all data SetSix stored itself. Workouts already written to the Health app remain in Health until you delete them there.

Children's Privacy

SetSix is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, since we do not collect information from any user at all.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Since the app collects no contact information from you, we're unable to notify you directly. Please check back here if you have concerns.
