Jingle Strike VR Bowling does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information through the game itself. The game saves your scores and settings locally on your device only. It contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind, and it does not send any data of its own anywhere.
Platform features
Trophies, achievements, save data, and any account or online features are handled by the platform you bought the game on — not by us. We do not have access to your account details, payment information, or personal data. How each platform handles your data is governed by its own privacy policy:

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or assets, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Ownership
All content in the game — including code, characters, artwork, audio, and design — is owned by Spooky Pictures Limited and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Warranty & liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spooky Pictures Limited is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Platform terms
Your use of the game is also subject to the terms of the store you bought it from — Sony Interactive Entertainment, Valve (Steam), or Meta. Where their terms apply to platform features, those terms govern.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
